Introduction to Chinese Soy Sauce
Chinese soy sauce is a staple condiment in Chinese cuisine and comes in various types and flavors. It is made from soybeans, wheat, water, and salt through a fermentation process.
History about Liu Yue Xian
Liu Yue Xian soy sauce’s unique flavor is the result of the collision and fermentation of high-quality soybeans and winter wheat. It uses only non-GMO defatted soybeans selected from the Northeast, removing the useless oil for soy sauce brewing, leaving behind high-quality protein that brings a naturally rich and fresh taste to the soy sauce.
The high-quality winter wheat from Shandong, after being roasted like coffee, exudes a richer natural aroma. The collision of these two ingredients produces a rich fragrance, and after six months of fully enclosed fermentation, the raw materials are thoroughly decomposed, resulting in the natural formation of more than 20 free amino acids, including 8 essential amino acids, free isoflavones, lipids, and other flavor and bioactive substances, making the soy sauce’s nutrition and color reach their best.
